Nolder Apparel – Legal Notes

1. General Disclaimer

All products sold by Nolder Apparel are made-to-order. Because of this, slight variations in color, print placement, or sizing may occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Nolder Apparel reserves the right to update or modify product offerings, pricing, and policies at any time without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product images, and branding associated with Nolder Apparel are the intellectual property of Nolder Apparel unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Orders & Fulfillment

All orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Production times may vary depending on demand. Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Nolder Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

4. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

We will replace or refund items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced, provided the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery.

Any issues must be reported directly to our support team with order details and photos when applicable.

5. Shipping Liability

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Nolder Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Unclaimed or refused packages may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

Nolder Apparel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. All products are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

7. Third-Party Fulfillment

Some products may be fulfilled through third-party production partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge that fulfillment and shipping may be handled by trusted external providers.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Customer information is used solely for order processing, fulfillment, and customer service. We do not sell or share personal data with unrelated third parties.
