Shipping Policy – Nolder Apparel


Processing Time


All Nolder Apparel items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods or holidays.


Shipping Times


Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:


  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by location and customs processing)


These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before purchase is completed.


Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.


Shipping Delays


While we work with reliable carriers, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or customs processing (for international orders). Nolder Apparel is not responsible for delays once an order has been shipped.


Incorrect Addresses


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages


If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. Nolder Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
