At Nolder Apparel, we stand behind the quality of every item we create. Because each product is made to order, we have a few important guidelines:
Before Sending Anything Back
Please contact us first at NolderApparel@gmail.com before returning any items so we can guide you through the process and ensure the best solution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs once the address is corrected.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not claimed and is returned, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all of our products are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. However, if you’d like a different size, we’re happy to help you place a new order.
Health & Hygiene Items
For safety reasons, certain items (such as face coverings) cannot be returned or reshipped.
